RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
HIDDEN FOREST/SUNSET RIDGE UTILITIES
WHEREAS, it is proposed to evaluate the existing sanitary sewer and water systems providing
service to the eastern portion of the City and determine the whether the utilities can be extended to
serve a 173 acre development lying east of Haug Avenue, south of County Road 39 and adjacent to
the Sunset Ponds development,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELL 0,
MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB and Associates for study and that
he is directed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective and feasible and as to whether it
should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
