RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS ON 3000 GALLON FIRE DEPARTMENT TANKER
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the purchase of 3000 gallon tanker truck for
the Fire Department, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

MINNESOTA the Council hereby rejects all bids received and authorizes the Fire Department to re -
advertise for bids on the proposed purchase of 3000 gallon tanker truck.
