RESOLUTION NO. 2004-115
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROJECT NO. 2002-12C SE SEWER INTERCEPTOR/BONDHUS SEGMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 8th day of November, 2004 ordered the
feasibility report for the proposed improvements to the sanitary sewer infrastructure to improve the
southeast area of the City and to fund such costs from the trunk utility funds,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTI CELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report.
2. WSB and Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer
shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota on this 13" day of December, 2004.
