RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC HEARING FOR MUNICIPAL CONSENT
PROJECT NO. 2000-13C CSAH 18/I-94 INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS, under the Municipal Consent Statute, 161.164, the City of Monticello is required to hold
a public hearing on the final layout for the CSAH/I-94 interchange improvement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that a public hearing for Municipal Consent regarding the interchange
on I-94 at CSAH 18 Staff Approved Layout is scheduled for January 24, 2004 at 7 p.m. at the
Monticello City Hall.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 13th day of December, 2004.
