CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
GROVELAND FOURTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on January 7, 2003 for the consideration
of the preliminary plat of the Groveland Fourth Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Groveland Fourth Addition to the City Council. and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CITY CO UNCIL OF MONTICELL O,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Groveland Fourth Addition is hereby approved contingent upon
meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and signing of a development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 24th day of March, 2003.
