RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS
CEDAR STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 2002-06C
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of the Cedar Street between Dundas Road
and Kjellberg's East Park by the construction of streets and utilities and all cther necessary appurtenant work, bids
were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that R.L. Larson Excavating, Inc. of St. Cloud, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ADNTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with R.L. Larson Excavting, Inc. of St. Cloud, Minnesota for the improvement of Cedar Street
from Dundas Road to Kjellberg's East by the construction of streets, utilities and other necessary
appurtenant work according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on
file at the city offices.
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of April, 2003.
