APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
CONTAMINATION CLEANUP GRANT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELL0, that
the City of Monticello has approved the Contamination Cleanup grant application submitted to the
Department of Trade and Economic Development (DTED) on May 1, 2003 for the Ruff Auto site.
Approved by the Monticello City Council this 28"' day of April, 2003.
