CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
RIVERWALK ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 7, 2002 for the consideration of
the preliminary plat of the Riverwalk development by Hans Hagen Homes, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Riverwalk development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat and development agreement for Riverwalk development by Hans
Hagen Homes is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 24th day of June, 2002.
