RESOLUTION VACATING UTILITY EASEMENTS
901" STREET ADDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of utility easements lying within Lot 1, 2, and
3, Block 1 of the 90" Street Addition as described below was held on January 8, 2001 at 7 p.m.
at the Monticello City Hall,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that the following described utility easement be vacated by the
City of Monticello:
The Northwesterly 20.00 feet, the Northeasterly 20.00 feet and the East 6.00 feet of said
Lot 1, Block 1, 90" Street Addition, according to the recorded plat, thereof, on file in
Wright County, Minnesota; and
The East 6.00 feet and the Southwesterly 12.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, 90" Street Addition
according to the recorded plat thereof on file in Wright County, Minnesota; and
The East 6.00 feet, the Southerly 12.00 feet and the Westerly 12.00 feet of said Lot 3,
Block 1, 90" Street Addition according to the recorded plat thereof on file in Wright
County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 8"' day of January, 2001.
