ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
PARKSIDE AT MEADOW OAKS
WHEREAS, under the terms of a development agreement dated August 8, 1998 between the City
of Monticello and Parkside Development Corporation, the developer provided for the installation
of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, grading, bituminous streets with curb and gutter,
street signs and all appurtenant work for the residential development known as Parkside at
Meadow Oaks and
WHEREAS, Condition #7 of the development agreement provides for the developer to guarantee
the improvements installed for a period of one year following City's acceptance of the
improvements,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work constructed within the Parkside at
Meadow Oaks development and finds it to be in conformance with the approved plans and
specifications for the same,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MONTICELLO, that the improvements constructed within the Parkside at Meadow Oaks
development are hereby accepted by the City of Monticello and that the developer has submitted
security in an amount and form acceptable to the City Engineer to guarantee the work for one
year from the date of acceptance of said work.
