RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Wright County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited has submitted an application to the
City Council of Monticello for the issuance of a charitable gambling license to conduct a raffle
on May 7, 2001 at the Monticello Roller Rink in Monticello, Minnesota
WHEREAS, upon review of the organization's activities, the City Council is not opposed to the
gambling license being issued by the State Gambling Control Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA that the Wright County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited application for license
issuance listed above is hereby approved, and the State Gambling Control Board is authorized to
process the application.
Adopted by the City Council this 12 th day of March, 2001.
