CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
GROVELAND 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 3, 1999 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Groveland development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
in consideration of approving the final plat for the Groveland 2nd Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that the final plat of Groveland 2nd Addition is hereby approved
along with all public dedications and contingent upon execution of a development agreement relating
to the subdivision.
