CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
MONTICELLO COMMERCE CENTER 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 5, 2001 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Monticello Commerce Center 5t" Addition
development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Monticello Commerce Center 5t' Addition to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Monticello Commerce Center 5" Addition is hereby
approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 1 I"' day of June, 2001.
