CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
KLEIN FARMS ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered of the preliminary plat of the Klein Farms
Estates 2nd Addition development on February 6, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat of the
Klein Farms Estates 2nd Addition to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Klein Farms Estates 2nd Addition is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 1 It' day of June, 2001.
