RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, Ducks Unlimited Wright County Chapter has submitted an application to the City Council
of Monticello for the issuance of a one day charitable gambling license to conduct a raffle at the
Monticello Roller Rink in Monticello, Minnesota
WHEREAS, upon review of the organization's activities, the City Council is not opposed to the one
day gambling license being issued by the State Gambling Control Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA that Ducks Unlimited Wright County Chapter application for a one day charitable
gambling license at the Monticello Roller Rink for May 5, 2003 is hereby approved, and the State
Gambling Control Board is authorized to process the application.
Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of March, 2003.
