CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING ELECTION OF CITY ADMINISTRATOR
FOR INCLUSION IN PERA
WHEREAS, Rick Wolfsteller is the Chief Administrative officer of the City of Monticello, a Minnesota
statutory city,
WHEREAS, Rick Wolfsteller has notified the City Council of his election to be included in the Coordinated
Plan Membership of the Public Employees Retirement Association,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said election to participate in PERA is hereby authorized as
allowed by Minnesota Statutes 353.208.
