RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS
CORE STREET PHASE I
PROJECT NO. 2002-14C
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of the streets in the area bounded on the
north by CSAH 75, on the south by 7"' Street, on the east by TH 25 and on the west by Elm Street by street
reconstruction, upgrades and repairs to sewer and water utilities, sta-m sewer work, repairs to curb and gutter
where needed and all other necessary appurtenant work, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. of Buffalo, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NDNTICELL O, MINNESOTA :
1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. of Buffalo, Minnesota for the improvement of streets in the area
bounded on the north by CSAH 75, on the south by 7` Street, on the east by TH 25 and on the west by Elm
Street by street reconstruction, upgrades and repairs to sewer and water utilities, storm sewer work, repairs
to curb and gutter where needed and all other necessary appurtenant work according to the plans and
specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file at the city offices.
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
Adopted by the City Council this 23rd day of June, 2003.
