RESOLUTION NO. 2003-40
RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 121, RANGE 25
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a drainage and utility easement was held on June 23, 2003 at 7
p.m. at the Monticello City Hall, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA; that drainage and utility easement covered in Document No. 684502 and legally described
below is hereby vacated.
That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 121, Range 25, Wright
County, Minnesota which lies East of the West 723.04 feet thereof, and which lies
Northwesterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said West 723.04 feet; thence South 00 degrees
05 minutes 57 seconds West, assumed bearing along East line of said West 723.04 feet, a
distance of 215.52 feet to the point of beginning of said line to be hereinafter described;
thence North 45 degrees 51 minutes 31 second East a distance of 304.77 feet to a point
on the North line of said Southeast Quarter, distant 218.37 feet East of said Northeast
corner, and said line there terminating.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 23" day of June, 2003.
