CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND REZONING REQUEST
PARKSIDE AT MEADOW OAKS SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 7, 1998 for the consideration of
the preliminary plat of the Parkside at Meadow Oaks development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Prairie Ponds to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Parkside at Meadow Oaks Second Addition is hereby approved
contingent upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and:
A. Execution of a development agreement that requires adherence to the conditions/requirements
identified with preliminary plat/PUD approval. Said agreement to be consistent with the
financing plan and approved by the City Attorney.
B. Final approval of plans and specifications by the City Engineer.
