CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
HILLSIDE FARM SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 7, 2002 for the consideration of
the preliminary plat of the Hillside Farms development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Hillside Farms development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELL0,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Hillside Farms Second Addition is hereby approved contingent
upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and:
A. Execution of a development agreement that requires adherence to the conditions/requirements
identified with preliminary plat/PUD approval. Said agreement to be consistent with the
financing plan and approved by the City Attorney.
B. Final approval of plans and specifications by the City Engineer.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14th day of July, 2003.
