RESOLUTION NO. 2003-56
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING
ON SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
FROM WASHINGTON STREET TO DAYTON STREET
WHEREAS, a cost estimate has been prepared with reference to the improvement of the north side of
CSAH 75 from Washington Street to Dayton Street by the installation of sidewalk and other necessary
appurtenant work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the cost estimate
and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$7,281.00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 11 "' day of August, 2003
in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
