CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
SUNSET PONDS FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 4, 2003 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Sunset Ponds First Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Sunset Ponds First Addition to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFMONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Sunset Ponds First Addition is hereby approved contingent
upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and:
A. Execution of a development agreement that requires adherence to the
conditions/requirements identified with preliminary plat/PUD approval. Said agreement
to be consistent with the financing plan and approved by the City Attorney.
B. Final approval of plans and specifications by the City Engineer.
