CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
SPIRIT HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 4, 2003 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Spirit Hills development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Spirit Hills development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Spirit Hills Addition is hereby approved contingent upon
meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and:
A. Execution of a development agreement that requires adherence to the
conditions/requirements identified with preliminary plat/PUD approval. Said agreement
to be consistent with the financing plan and approved by the City Attorney.
B. Final approval of plans and specifications by the City Engineer.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 13th day of October, 2003.
