CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
MONTICELLO COMMERCE CENTER 6T" ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Monticello held a public hearing on August 6, 2002
for the consideration of the preliminary plat of the Monticello Commerce Center 6"' Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Monticello Commerce Center 6"' Addition to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: that the preliminary and final plat for the Monticello Commerce Center 6"' Addition is
hereby approved contingent upon final review by the City Engineer.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12"' day of August, 2002.
