CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
AUTUMN RIDGE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 2, 2002 for the consideration of
the preliminary plat of the Autumn Ridge Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Autumn Ridge development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for the Autumn Ridge development is hereby approved contingent
upon execution of a development agreement and subject to determination of park dedication credit by
the Parks Commission
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12th day of August, 2002.
