ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
WILDWOOD RIDGE
PROJECT NO. 98-20P
WHEREAS, under the terms of a development agreement dated August 8, 1998 between the City of
Monticello and Shadow Creek Corporation, the developer provided for the installation of sanitary
sewer, storm sewer, water main, grading, bituminous streets with curb and gutter, street signs and all
appurtenant work for the residential development known as Wildwood Ridge and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work constructed within the Wildwood Ridge
development and finds it to be in conformance with the approved plans and specifications for the same,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO, that the improvements constructed within the Wildwood Ridge development are
hereby accepted by the City of Monticello contingent upon the developer submitting as -built drawings
of the improvements.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 9"' day of December, 2002.
