CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
MONTICELLO MARKETPLACE COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 3, 2002 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Monticello Marketplace Commercial Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Monticello Marketplace Commercial Subdivision to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Monticello Marketplace Commercial Subdivision is hereby
approved contingent upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 9th day of December, 2002.
