CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND REZONING
KLEIN FARMS SEVENTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 2, 1999 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Klein Farms 6" development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Klein Farms 6"' development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Plannirn(y Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat and development agreement for Klein Farms Seventh
Addition is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 9"' day of April, 2001.
