RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
7"" STREET EAST IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 2001-07C
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted April 23, 2001 a report has been prepared
by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of 7"' Street East between Washington
Street and Cedar Street by street reconstruction, installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk
improvements and other necessary appurtenant work, and this report was received by the council on
April 23, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary,
cost-effective, and feasible,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL 17ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HONTICELL0,
MINNESOTA
The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and
the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
is $412,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of May, 2001
in the council chambers of city hall at 7 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
