VACATION OF EASEMENTS
90TH STREET PLAT
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello did conduct public hearings on December 11, 2000 and January 8,
2001 to vacate utility and drainage easements within the plat of the 90' Street Addition; and
WHEREAS, Document #728807 and Document 4729461 recorded the vacated easements as utility
easements,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: that the following described drainage and utility easements be vacated:
The Northerly 12.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, 90" Street Addition, according to the recorded plat
thereof on file in Wright County, Minnesota.
The Northwesterly 20.0 feet, the Northeasterly 20.00 feet and the East 6.00 feet of said Lot 1,
Block 1, 90' Street Addition, according the recorded plat thereof on file in Wright County,
Minnesota.
The East 6.00 feet and the Southwesterly 12.00 feet and the Westerly 12.00 feet of said Lot 3,
Block 1, 90' Street Addition according to the recorded plat thereof on file in Wright County,
Minnesota.
The East 6.00 feet, the Southerly 12.00 feet and the Westerly 12.00 feet of said Lot 3, Block
19 90" Street Addition according to the recorded plat thereof on file in Wright County,
Minnesota.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14' day of May, 2001.
