RESOLUTION NO. 2001-29
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, the American Legion Post No. 260 of Monticello has submitted an application to the City
Council of Monticello for the renewal of a charitable gambling license to conduct gambling at their
club located in Monticello, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, upon review of the organization's activities, the Council is not opposed to the gambling
license being renewed by the State Gambling Control Board,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA; that the application of American Legion Post No. 260 for license renewal listed above
is hereby approved, and the State Gambling Control Board is authorized to process the application.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 23rd day of April. 2001.
