RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
MONTISSIPPI TRAILS TOWNHOMES
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on July.'). 2001 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Montissippi Trails Townhome development. and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment. the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Montissippi Trails Townhome development to the City Council. and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat and development agreement for the Montissippi Trails
Townhomes is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this ?2n' day of October, 2001.
