RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AS
PER REVISED PLANS
KJELLBERG'S SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
PROJECT NO. 99-01 C
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 24" day of September, 2001, fixed a date for a
council hearing on the proposed improvement to extend sanitary sewer service to the property known
as Kjellberg's West Mobile Home Park by extending the sanitary sewer line along the north boundary
of City owned land (213-100-143200 & 154100) and to revise the plans and specifications to provide
service to a newly created parcel of land,
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given and the
hearing was held thereon on the 8" day of October, 2001 at which all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELL0,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted October 8,
2001.
3. WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall
revise said approved plans and specifications to accommodate servicing of the newly created
parcel.
4. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the improvement
from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 8" day of October, 2001.
