RESOLUTION NO. 2001-64
SETTING HEARING FOR
KJELLBERG'S WEST SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
PROJECT NO. 99 -OIC
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello received a petition requesting extension of sanitary sewer
service to that property known as Kjellberg's West Mobile Home Park and have prepared plans
and specifications covering the proposed improvement and awarded a contract for the work,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to realign the sanitary sewer line which may provide benefit to
properties not previously notified of the proposed improvement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report
and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of $153,625.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8" day of October,
2001 in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
