CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
WILDWOOD RIDGE 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 2, 1998 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Wildwood Ridge development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Wildwood Subdivision to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat and development agreement for Wildwood Ridge 2nd Addition
is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 10"' day of April, 2000.
