CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
ROLLING WOODS IST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 1, 1998 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Rolling Woods development, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed revisions to the preliminary development
plans on August 3, 1999, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended_ approval of
the preliminary plat of the Rolling Woods Subdivision to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat and development agreement for Rolling Woods 1St Addition is
hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 10" day of April, 2000.
