RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Conservation Federation has submitted an application to the City
Council of Monticello for the issuance of a charitable gambling license to conduct a raffle on
September 9, 2000 at the Comfort Inn in Monticello, Minnesota
WHEREAS, upon review of the organization's activities, the City Council is not opposed to the
gambling license being issued by the State Gambling Control Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA that the Minnesota Conservation Federation's application for license issuance
listed above is hereby approved, and the State Gambling Control Board is authorized to process
the application.
