CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
KLEIN FARMS SIXTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 2, 1999 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Klein Farms Sixth Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission on December 7, 1999
recommended approval of the preliminary plat of the Klein Farms Sixth Addition to the City
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Klein Farms Sixth Addition is hereby approved contingent
upon execution of the development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 8`' day of May, 2000. .
