CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND REZONING
GROVELAND ADDITION PHASE I
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 3, 1999 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Groveland Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission on August 3, 1999
recommended approval of the preliminary plat of the Groveland Subdivision to the City Council,
and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat and rezoning for the Groveland Subdivision is hereby
approved contingent upon execution of the development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 22"d day of May, 2000.
