RESOLUTION VACATING UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 2, BLOCK I OF THE 90TH STREET ADDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a utility easement lying within Lot 2, Blockl of
the 90" Street Addition as described below, was held on December 11, 2000 at 7 p.m. at the
Monticello city Hall,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that the following described utility easement be vacated by
the City of Monticello:
The Northerly 12.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, 90"' Street Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 11 t" day of December, 2000.
