IN THE MATTER OF THE AMENDMENT TO THE
JOINT RESOLUTION FOR ORDERLY ANNEXATION BETWEEN
THE TOWN OF MONTICELLO AND THE
CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 414.0325, SUBD.

The Town of Monticello and the City of Monticello hereby jointly agree that the joint resolution
between the Town of Monticello and the City of Monticello designating an area for orderly annexation
dated March 6, 1998 be amended to include the:
Property Legally described on attached Exhibit A
Both the Town and the City agree that no alteration of the stated boundaries of this agreement is
appropriate. Furthermore, both parties agree that no consideration by the Municipal Board is necessary.
Upon receipt of this resolution, the Municipal Board may review and comment but shall, within 30 days,
order the annexation of the property described in Exhibit A in accordance with the terms of the joint
resolution.

That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 121, Range 25, Wright County,
Minnesota described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Outlot C, Groveland Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota; thence North 75 degrees 24 minutes
49 seconds West, assumed bearing, a distance of 108. 13 feet along the northerly line of
said Outlot C; thence North 15 degrees 40 minutes 3 5 seconds East a distance of 145.3 3
feet; thence North 0 degrees 12 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 338.62 feet to the
southerly right-of-way line of West Oakwood Drive; thence South 72 degrees 24 minutes
49 seconds East a distance of 68.13 feet along said southerly right-of-way line to an
intersection with a line bearing North 0 degrees 12 minutes 48 seconds East from the
point of beginning; thence South 0 degrees 12 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of
488.62 feet to the point of beginning.
