VACATING A PORTION OF HART BOULEVARD
MONTICELLO-BIG LAKE HOSPITAL
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a portion of Hart Boulevard was held on
August 28, 2000 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: that the following described portion of Hart Boulevard be vacated by the City of
Monticello:
All that part of Hart Boulevard (formerly Broadway Street) located in Lower Monticello
and in the Auditor's Subdivision No. 1, Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing on the northeasterly right of way line of Hart Boulevard at the most
southerly corner of Lot 1, Block I. Monticello Big Lake Community Hospital District
Campus; thence South 58 degrees 20 minutes 49 seconds East, along said northeasterly
right of way line, a distance of 278.07 feet to the point of beginning; continue thence
South 58 degrees 20 minutes 49 seconds East, along said northeasterly right of way line,
a distance of 264.01 feet; thence South 32 degrees 07 minutes 13 seconds West a
distance of 5.00 feet; thence South 58 degrees 20 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of
66.00 feet; thence South 57 degrees 48 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 80.00 feet;
thence North 32 degrees 07 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 5.00 feet; thence South
58 degrees 46 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 99.01 feet; thence South 32 degrees
07 minutes 44 seconds West a distance of 51.44 feet; thence South 38 degrees 19 minutes
13 seconds East a distance of 132.76 feet; thence South 65 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds
Southwest a distance of 67.84 feet to a point on the southwesterly right of way line of
said Hart Boulevard; thence North 38 degrees 19 minutes 13 seconds West, along said
southwesterly right of way line a distance of 167.54 feet to a point on the northerly line of
Auditor's Subdivision No. 1, thence North 88 degrees 58 minutes 01 seconds East, along
said northerly line, a distance of 29.93 feet; thence North 58 degrees 20 minutes 49
seconds West a distance of 399.45 feet: thence North 43 degrees 50 minutes 08 seconds
East a distance of 47.74 feet; thence North 57 degrees 41 minutes 04 seconds West a
distance of 134.63 feet; thence North 32 degrees 07 minutes 09 seconds East a distance of
31.78 feet to the point of beginning and there terminating.
