IN THE MATTER OF THE AMENDMENT TO THE
JOINT RESOLUTION FOR ORDERLY ANNEXATION BETWEEN
THE TOWN OF MONTICELLO AND THE
CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 414.0325, SUBD. 1

The Town of Monticello and the City of Monticello hereby jointly agree that the joint resolution
between the Town of Monticello and the City of Monticello designating an area for orderly
annexation dated March 6, 1998, be amended to include the following:
Both the Town and the City agree that no alteration of the stated boundaries of this
agreement is appropriate. Furthermore, both parties agree that no consideration by the
Board is necessary. Upon receipt of this resolution, the Municipal Board may review
and comment but shall, within 30 days, order the annexation of the following described
property in accordance with the terms of the joint resolution:
Property known as: Stuart Hoglund and right-of-way of former Oakwood Drive.

1886 in Book 1 of Section Plats, page 566; the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and
Lot C of the North half of the Southeast Quarter according to plat filed October 23, 1913 as file No.
74600 all in the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 121, Range 25, Wright County,
Minnesota. And also that part of Oakwood Drive West lying in the west -half of Section 1 I Township 121, Range 25
in said Countv and that part of 90th street Northeast lying in said Southeast Quarter of Section 10.

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Outlot B, GROVELAND ADDITION, according to said plat on file and
of record in the office of the County Recorder, Wright County, Minnesota.; thence North 00 degrees 03 minutes
41 seconds West, assumed bearing along the East line of said Outlot B, a distance of 89.03 feet to the Northeast
corner of said Outlot B; thence North 88 degrees 38 minutes 27 seconds West, along the North line
of said Outlot B and Outlot A in said plat, a distance of 655.41 feet to the Northwest corner of said Outlot A;
thence South 45 degrees 06 minutes 16 seconds West, along the Northwesterly line of said Outlot A
a distance of 201.23 feet to the most Westerly corner of said Outlot A; thence North 44 degrees 53 minutes 44
