City Council Resolution 2000-62RESOLUTION NO. 2000-62 RESOLUTION VACATING UTILITY EASEMENT CEDAR STREET (AMERICINN) WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a utility easement lying within the vacated portion of Cedar Street as described below, was held on September 11, 2000 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello city Hall, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that the following described utility easement be vacated by the City of Monticello: All that part of vacated Cedar Street, according to the Townsite of Monticello on file in the office of the County Recorder, Wright County, MN described as follows: Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of Block 3, said Townsite of Monticello, thence South 25 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds west on an assumed bearing along the Easterly line of said Block 3, also being the Westerly line of said vacated Cedar Street, a distance of 154.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 63 degrees 56 minutes 36 seconds East, a distance of 11.50 feet; thence South 26 degrees 03 minutes 24 seconds West, a distance of 159.00 feet; thence North 63 degrees 56 minutes 36 seconds West, a distance of 11.30 feet to the Easterly line of Lot 6, of said Block 3, also being the Westerly line of said vacated Cedar Street, Townsite of Monticello; thence North 25 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East along said Westerly line of Lot 6, a distance of 159.00 feet to the point of beginning.
