CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
KLEIN FARMS ESTATES 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 1, 2000 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Klein Farms Estates 4t" Addition and continued the
public hearing to August 14, 2000, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission on August 14, 2000
recommended approval of the preliminary plat to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
in consideration of approving final plat for the Klein Farms Estates 4" Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that the final plat of Klein Farms Estates 4" Addition is hereby
approved along with all public dedications and any development agreement relating to the
subdivision.
