City Council Resolution 2000-85ACITY OF MONTICELLO RESOLUTION NO. 2000-85A VACATION OF A PORTION OF CEDAR STREET WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a portion of the right-of-way of Cedar Street between Chelsea Road and Oakwood Drive was held on November 13, 2000 at 7 p.m., and NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE MONTICELL0 MINNESOTA, that the following described right-of-way be vacated by the City of Monticello contingent upon approval of final stage planned unit development and associated plat: That part of Cedar Street (Old State Highway No. 25) as shown on Silver Fox, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota, which lies Westerly of a line drawn parallel with and distant 39.00 feet Westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the most Northerly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, in said plat; thence North 48 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds West, assumed bearing along the Northwesterly extension of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 58.64 feet to the point of beginning of said line to be hereinafter described; thence South 26 degrees 54 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of 145.42 feet; thence Southwesterly a distance of 101.43 feet along a tangential curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 770.00 feet and a central angle of 07 degrees 32 minutes 50 seconds; thence Southwesterly a distance of 192.78 feet along a reverse curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 1432.63 feet and a central angle of 07 degrees 42 minutes 35 seconds; thence South 27 degrees 04 minutes 14 seconds West, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 237.65 feet and said line there terminating. Said vacated area to extend from the Northerly right-of-way line of Chelsea Road to the North line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 121, Range 25, in said County.
