RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION & WAIVER OF PUBLIC HEARING
AND APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WATERMAIN EXTENSION
COMMUNITY METHODIST CHURCH
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the extension of the City watermain to service the
property known as Community United Methodist Church legally described as:
The West 369.50 feet of the East 435.50 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 13,
Township 121, Range 25, and the West 369.50 feet of the East 435.50 feet of the South
Half of Lot 22 of Auditor's Subdivision No. 1 according to the recorded plat thereof,
Wright County, Minnesota lying southerly of the centerline of County Highway No. 118,
except the South 500.00 feet of the East 435.50 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4.
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to
the improvement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real
property affected by the proposed improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the plans and specifications and
documents prepared by the City Engineer.
Approved by the Monticello City Council this 22nd day of November, 1999.
