CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
MONTICELLO COMMERCE CENTER FOURTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 5, 1999 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of Monticello Commerce Center Fourth Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended
approval of the preliminary plat to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that the final plat of Monticello Commerce Center Fourth
Addition is hereby approved.
Adopted this 1 lth day of October, 1999.
