City Council Resolution 1999-28ARESOLUTION NO. 99-28A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF RIVER FOREST DRIVE WITHIN THE PLAT OF RIVER FOREST WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a portion of River Forest Drive was held on June 14, 1999 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall, and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA; that the following described portion of River Forest Drive be vacated by the City of Monticello: That part of River Forest Drive as dedicated in the plat of River Forest lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of said River Forest Drive; thence South 00 degrees 29 minutes 09 seconds East, assumed bearing, a distance of 30.00 feet along the east line of said River Forest Drive, said line is also the west line of Gillard Avenue NE; thence on a bearing of West a distance of 7.00 feet to the point of beginning of said line to be described; thence continuing on a bearing of West a distance of 21.00 feet and said line there terminating. Together with those parts of said River Forest Drive lying within the circumference of two circles both having a radius of 5.00 feet. The center of said circles are the above described point of beginning and the above described point of termination of said above described line. Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 14" day of June, 1999.
