CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
RIVER FOREST SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 5, 1998 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the River Forest Development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission on September 1, 1998
recommended approval of the preliminary plat to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
in consideration of approving final plats for the phases of the River Forest Development,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that the final plat of River Forest Second Addition is hereby
approved along with all public dedications and any development agreement relating to the
subdivision.
